DAY1: Tsavo West NATIONAL PARK                  
You are picked from your hotel at 8:00am and depart for Tsavo West National Park where you will have your game drive en-route to Ngulia Safari Lodge for a delicious lunch. In the afternoon visit the Mzima Springs,a pool containing natural spring water with excellent hippos and crocodiles viewing. Chaimu Crater, the volcanic crater that is not less than 200 years old. Towards the chyulu hills, we have Shetani lava flow, ash cones and caves which are an example of recent volcanoes with potential for geological, cave exploration and hiking. Return to Ngulia Safari Lodge just before dusk for Dinner and overnight (Full Board)


The railway runs along the border separating Tsavo East and Tsavo West National Park. In 1898, as many as 135 railway workers were attacked and killed by man-eating lions. The pair of male lions that unusually hunted human rather than livestock, evaded traps and capture for many months. The man-eaters were eventually shot dead by Lt. Col. John Henry Patterson, but the legend lives on.





Major wildlife attractions include elephants, leopards, zebras, giraffes, cheetahs, lions, buffalos, dik-dik and the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary. Primates include baboons and vervet monkeys. The Park is also a host to over 600 bird species including the threatened corncrake and Basra Reed.

 





DAY 2: TSAVO EAST

Today you will rise early for pre-breakfast game drive at 6:30am and return to the Lodge for breakfast. Thereafter you drive to Tsavo East National Park. This lies in semi-arid area of flat dry plains with thorny bushes and is one of the world’s wildlife and biodiversity strongholds. It has large families of giraffes, gazelles, hartebeests and zebras, as well as the "Big Five”. Game drive en-route. Arrive at Salt Lick Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in Salt Lick Game Sanctuary. Return to Salt Lick Lodge for dinner and overnight. (Full Board)

Today you will visit Lugards Falls - Named after Captain Lugard, the first proconsul to East Africa. The falls feature bizarrely eroded rocks through which the waters of the Galana River plunge and is crocodile infested.
Yatta plateau - The world's longest lava flow at 300 Km long and Mudanda Rock, a 1.6 km outcrop of rock, with a dam at its base. This is a popular drinking place for animals and an ornithological paradise that attract migrating birds from all over the world.
Aruba Dam also attracts animals and birds looking for a place to drink and is a great viewing destination.
Elephant in Eden - The sight of dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of palm-shaded Galana River is one of the most evocative images of Africa.

DAY 3:  AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Today you will drive to Amboseli National Park famous for providing a perfect view of this world's tallest freestanding mountain. Amboseli is set at the foothills of the mighty Mt. Kilimanjaro and is one of the classical images of East Africa with the herd of elephant strolling across the plains among other wildlife species with the snow capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. Kilimanjaro was once part of Kenya, but on the marriage of Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany, Queen Victoria gifted it to her beloved grand son, whose colony Tanzania then was, as the perfect wedding present. Here you will have a beautiful day to enjoy some of the very best game viewing experiences. The grey African elephant, lion, cheetah, zebra and giraffe all on the lovely back drop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Arriving at your Lodge in time for lunch. After Lunch relax at the pool.  Late afternoon game drive in the Park. Return to your Lodge for dinner and overnight. (Full Board)

DAY 4: BACK TO NAIROBI
An early rise and depart for an early morning game drive at 6:30am. This is one of the best game drives as we witness the African sun rise lighten the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro distributing its golden rays to the dry savannah of Amboseli National Park. Very good photographic moment is available now. The overwhelmingly lovely views, good wildlife sightings and indigenous Maasai lifestyle are too good to miss! After this game drive you return to the lodge for breakfast thereafter depart for Nairobi. On arrival at 2:00pm you are transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your outbound flight.
